Position : Psychologist

This position is looking for a person with full of clinical or counseling psychology degree and experience who is able to give counseling session to people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health counseling session via phone, video call, chat, and face-to-face in Thai or English

  • Handle with emergency cases effectively

  • Design mental health solutions for individuals, families, and corporations

  • Conduct psychological or mental health sessions effectively

Qualifications:

This position is looking for a person with full of psychology or mental health knowledge and experience who is able to create solutions to serve clients’ needs. This position will work with a team of psychologists and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to support Mental Health Consultant in order to design solutions for clients

  • Create monthly reports for clients

  • Conduct focus group activity

  • Co-facilitate mental health workshops both in Thai and English

  • Work as a team with many professionals with various backgrounds.

  • Communicate and coordinate with the team and clients on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Hold one or more degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Possess great skills at using Excel (Numbers) and Powerpoint (Keynote)

iSTRONG Mental Health is a fast-growing service business which mainly focuses on delivering mental health solutions to various kinds of customer segments. We are looking for a person who is keen on delivering online marketing campaigns and monitoring objective results to grow business in the specific market and service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement online marketing strategies on several platforms especially on Facebook, Google Ads, Youtube, Line OA to achieve company monthly targets and create brand awareness.

  • Plan and implement SEO strategically on iSTRONG’s website 

  • Monitor and analyze campaigns and ads results daily, weekly, and monthly and improve campaigns and ads to deliver the best results

  • Enhance organic traffic growth on website and engagement on social media.

  • Work closely with sales to adapt and develop strategies continuously to achieve assigned targets.

  • Create impactful content in forms of photos, copywriting, and videos to achieve targets and fit with the right target audiences

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 1-3 years of direct experience in online marketing.

    • Work and plan together with marketing team to create graphic materials according to marketing targets

    • Design and create artworks and communication materials to achieve its purposes

    • Design advertising materials effectively in social media, brochures, and event posters according to team’s requirements

    • Use art senses and perception psychology to design effective communication materials

    • Proofread all communication materials to check before publishing

    • Keep up to date with marketing trends to improve the performance
