Clinical / Counseling Psychologist
Position : Clinical / Counseling Psychologist

At iSTRONG Mental Health, we are passionate in making people have good mental health and happiness. We work with many clients and leading companies in Thailand and Asia. This position is looking for a person with full of clinical or counseling psychology degree and experience who is able to give counseling session to people.
Key responsibilities:

Provide mental health counseling session via phone, video call, chat, and face-to-face in Thai or English

Handle with emergency cases effectively

Design mental health solutions for individuals, families, and corporations

Conduct psychological or mental health sessions effectively
Qualifications:

Hold a bachelor or master degree in clinical psychology or counseling psychology

Have at least 5 years in counseling work

Hold a strong skill in counseling and communication

Be proactive.

Mental Health Consultant
Position : Mental Health Consultant

Key responsibilities:

Design and deliver mental health solutions tailored for organizational clients

Facilitate or co-facilitate mental health workshops and group sessions in both Thai and English

Conduct focus groups, interviews, and surveys to assess client needs

Analyze psychological and organizational data to provide actionable insights

Prepare client-facing reports and presentations with clarity and professionalism

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants and clinicians

Qualifications:

B2B Sales Representative
Position : B2B Sales Representative
*Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B Sales Representative to drive the growth of our corporate mental health solutions, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), in-house training, mental health surveys, and organizational well-being consulting. This role is vital in identifying qualified corporate leads, engaging decision-makers, and converting them into long-term partners. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Operations to align strategies and deliver meaningful impact to our clients.
Key responsibilities:

Strategic Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and pursue qualified B2B leads through research, networking, referrals, and events. Initiate contact with key decision-makers in target organizations to understand their challenges and position our solutions effectively. -
Consultative Selling:
Present our EAP, training, and well-being solutions in a consultative manner tailored to each organization’s needs. For complex or large-scale projects, collaborate with internal consultants to co-create proposals and deliver impactful presentations that address the client's strategic goals. -
Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with HR, OD, and Safety teams. Follow up regularly to ensure service satisfaction, explore upselling opportunities, and maintain strong client retention. -
Sales Process Optimization:
Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance. Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and with Operations to ensure smooth delivery post-sale. -
Collaboration & Internal Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to align client expectations with service capabilities. Contribute insights to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR services, corporate wellness, training, or consulting sectors.

Proven ability to engage with corporate clients and manage complex sales cycles.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

High self-motivation and strong initiative.

Empathy and professionalism in interactions with clients and team members.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficient in CRM systems.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
